Mykored Nail Deodorant Spray - 70ml Safe, painless and effective at treating nail infections Easy spray on topical solution. Mykored Nail Tincture Spray deodorises and cares for skin in between the toes. It helps to prevent skin infections including athlete’s foot. Mykored Spray is safe, painless and effective at treating nail infections. It is effective at treating and preventing the causes of foot odour at a microbial level. It uses a topical solution which makes it easy spray on skin and between toes and nails. It is suitable for all skin types and is suitable for diabetics. Not recommended for children under the age of three. Tight shoes and socks often cause a stubborn foot odour which is frequently not removed by a normal foot spray. It is especially the sensitive spaces between the toes that are often not treated intensively enough. The moist and warm climate around the feet leads to a rapid increase of bacteria on the foot’s skin. The consequence of this may be not only an unpleasant smell but can also lead to athlete’s foot and infected nails. Mykored is based on a well-proven combination of active agents that effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi. The development of an unpleasant foot odour can thus be effectively prevents. Mykored does not affect the natural transpiration of the skin. The skin-conditioning agents and urea in its formulation nourish the skin of the foot at the same time. With its additional antifungal properties, Mykored helps prevent undesirable colonisation by harmful fungi on the skin. After a visit to the sauna, a swimming pool or a public shower, the use of Mykored promotes foot hygiene and thus helps to reduce the risk of a fungal infection. Suitable for use on all skin types and now also diabetics. Due to the flammable content of Mykored, the oil can not be dispatched outside of the United Kingdom. Mykored Application for FUNGAL INFECTIONS: Apply MYKORED directly on the infected area at least once daily, you might find it useful to use a cotton bud dipped in MYKORED. For fungal infections of the nail, holding the toe vertically and dripping Mykored at the tip of the toe will allow the fluid to run under the nail and down the sides of the nail bed. The length of time needed to treat the infection will vary based on the severity of the infection and the age of the patient. Nail infections take many months before the healthy growth replaces the infected area. Your chiropodist will advise you based on your personal progress. When applying MYKORED to infected tissue it does not matter if it goes on to healthy skin or nails, it will not cause damage. Consult your chiropodist if you do experience any adverse reaction. Pregnant women should always consult their doctor before using any medication. Extensive tests have been carried out and it was found that MYKORED had a distinct effect on the following fungi & yeasts: - Trichophyton verrucosum Epidermophyton floccosum Trichophyton violaceum - Trichophyton mentagrophytes Trichophyton rubrum Mikosporum canis Mykored Application for VERRUCAE: Apply twice daily, directly onto the verruca, or a cotton bud dipped in MYKORED may be used for application, otherwise for difficult areas soak a small piece of cotton wool and tape it on (It may be left like this for up to 2 hours). To increase the effectiveness of the treatment it is recommended that your chiropodist removes the top layer of the verrucae at your initial consultation and review progress every 2 -3 weeks. Once the MYKORED has been applied no dressing is required. MYKORED will dry the verruca out and may cause it to lift up or even come away completely.
